It all started with a desire to give back to the community and help those looking for jobs. Our founders have a shared passion for helping people in their community find meaningful work. In 2014, the founders noticed that the temporary employees working assignments in their businesses were not being treated with the respect they deserved from their staffing agencies. 

We Knew We Could Do It Better

When our founders started their staffing agency, their goal was to provide a better and safer work environment for temporary employees. Recognizing that other employers were also having difficulty connecting with candidates, Work Now Staffing rapidly expanded to supply temporary employees to other industries. The staffing business continued to grow, and it wasn’t long before Work Now Staffing opened offices in other cities, providing opportunities to more people than ever before.
